  针对糠醛厂生产过程中排放的低浓度醋酸废水及同种类型的废水,在通过文献查阅 筛选了各种分离方法后,本文采用对极性有机物稀溶液具有高效性和高选择性的络合萃 取法来分离回收该醋酸稀溶液。通过实验室前期的研究工作,筛选出了萃取剂s100和 s200,并对s100进行了萃取工艺研究。本文继续对s200的萃取进行研究,采用振动筛 板萃取塔对络合萃取醋酸过程进行了工艺研究,考察了振动频率、溶剂比和两相流量对 萃取过程的影响。采用脉冲填料萃取塔对醋酸络合萃取过程进行了工艺研究,考察了脉 冲强度、脉冲频率、溶剂比和两相流量对萃取过程的影响。采用中试振动筛板萃取塔对 萃取剂s100络合萃取醋酸稀溶液的过程进行了中试实验研究。最后采用简单的精馏装 置和精馏塔对s100的再生进行了研究。 对于振动筛板萃取塔,在实验条件下随着实验中振动频率的增大,萃取剂s200对 醋酸的萃取率先增大后减小,随着溶剂比的升高,萃取率也随之增大。对于脉冲填料萃 取塔,随着实验中溶剂比的升高,萃取剂s200对醋酸的萃取率有所升高;随着实验中 两相流量的增大,萃取率却会下降。在一定的范围内,脉冲强度越大越有利于萃取,对 于不同的脉冲强度都有与其对应的有最佳脉冲频率。采用中试振动筛板萃取塔对萃取剂 s100络合萃取醋酸稀溶液的过程进行了深入研究,得出了在该萃取塔中萃取剂s100对 醋酸稀溶液的实际萃取率为95%。 萃取剂s100在100。C,2kPa的条件下就可以达到较理想的再生效果,并且得到浓 度在20%左右的醋酸溶液。再生后对萃取剂的萃取性能没有什么影响。最后通过精馏塔 装置对萃取剂再生研究,得到了萃取剂再生和醋酸回收工艺条件,最终确定了萃取剂再生 的工艺条件。 关键词:络合萃取,醋酸,萃取塔,减压精馏
